Returns&Warranty

 

The warranty covers the manufacturer’s defaults only.  The parcel was received and the goods were found to be damaged please Take photos of the damaged items and packaging. All customized prints, products, and parts are non-refundable.  All new customized prints, products, and parts claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the Product.  Defects and Hardware damage must be reported within 48 hours upon arrival. Please contact us by email at [email protected] or online contact us, we will assess the claim and respond ASAP.

Soondisplay accepts returns for standard hardware purchases only. Returned items must be in new condition. The original purchaser is responsible for the return shipping fee and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Upon receipt of the unblemished items, Soondisplay will refund the purchase price minus the 20% restocking fee within two business days.

Warranty does NOT cover products or parts which have been altered or modified in any manner.   This warranty does NOT apply to damage caused by wind, rain, storms, or other forces of nature, nor does it cover accidental or deliberate damage to the product.  Damage caused by these events may be covered under your home or business insurance policy.  This warranty does NOT apply if the setup of the product does not conform to the product instructions.  This express warranty is provided instead of all other warranties, expressed or implied.

Soondisplay is NOT responsible for products damaged in transit.  If you are making a warranty claim for a manufacturer fault for a reason other than the above, please send an email to [email protected] Please complete and return with photos of the fault.

Alternatively, please fill out the Replacement Parts form and we will arrange a quotation and dispatch parts as soon as possible.

If your product arrives damaged due to manufacturing defects we will fix or replace your product at no cost to you.  If your product is damaged or defective, please call 13306882718 within 3 business days of receiving the product to request a return authorization number.   If you are missing any items in your shipment, please call 13306882718 within 3 business days of delivery.   If any part of your order was not delivered, please call 13306882718 within 3 business days of the agreed up-in-hand date.    Packages returned to our Factory or our warehouses without an authorization number will be refused upon delivery.

If your product arrives damaged due to a shipping company's mishandling, your shipment is insured by that carrier and we will do our best to expedite the claim and rectify the situation.  While we will strive to help our clients in any way possible, we do not necessarily accept any expedited shipping charges incurred in shipping out replacement products or repairs

Once a shipment is in the possession of a third-party shipper and the tracking information is provided to the client, it is the responsibility of the client to monitor that shipment and delivery. Soondisplay does not actively monitor all shipments once they are with a third-party shipper. If a concern arises, we ask the client to alert us immediately or within 1 business day of the expected delivery date so we can work with the third-party shipper on a quick and reasonable solution.

Nearly all of our products carry a limited one-year warranty.   Please check the product description of the specific product for more detailed information about the returns policy and/or warranty information for that product.  Please note that photos of the items in question are required unless otherwise stated by Soondisplay.

Hard shipping cases have a limited warranty against damage or manufacturer defects at the time of the initial delivery.   We ask to be notified within 3 days of the initial delivery to complete a warranty claim. After 3 days or If the product is used during those 3 days, the warranty will not apply.

 

 

Other Returns

Will produce a 20% restocking fee for returned items that are not damaged.   The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and the restocking fee unless the product is damaged or defective.   Please contact us within 7 days if you intend to return any item to our store. Many of our items are not eligible for this returns policy, such as custom-printed graphics or made-to-order exhibits. Items returned to us after 7 days will not be accepted.
