Graphic Approval
Graphic orders will be scheduled to ship by the Graphics Department and the order will be processed as ordered unless you contact us about any changes before the ship date scheduled.
Graphics must be pre-approved in writing via email before printing can take place. Please only approve of your graphic art when you are ready to commit to its printing, as this approval is final, and not reversible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
All order changes must be made in writing to [email protected]. Any verbal order changes will not be accepted. Order changes include but are not limited to changes in shipping addresses, changes in order timeframes, or changes in products purchased. All change orders are subject to additional charges or refunds when applicable. All change orders are subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the retail value of the goods when applicable. Package re-routes due to shipping address changes may also incur additional fees issued by DHL, FedEx, or UPS. All payments for change orders must be paid in full for an order change to be accepted and moved on to the next step in production or shipping.
Orders must be canceled before any production work is done. This includes artwork proofing. All order cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected]. When an order is cancelled after the order has been placed, the order may be subject to cancellation charges which will be deducted from the refunded amount. Once either hardware has shipped out and/or artwork proofs have been approved, no order cancellation will be accepted. All order cancellations are subject to a restocking fee of up to 75% of the retail value of the goods. The following are some examples of circumstances where restocking fees would apply: customized graphics have been put into production, or products have been pulled from stock shelves to fulfill orders. Graphic Design time is non-refundable even with an order cancellation. Any time that has been spent designing your exhibit or display will not be refunded. Soondisplay also reserves the right to cancel any order based on a customer interaction(s) of any of the following; using very rude language in writing or over the phone, bullying behavior, cusses, or swear verbally or in writing.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. When placing an order with Soondisplay the customer agrees to the terms of our limited liability, and Return and Exchanges Policy.
Soondisplay does not refund shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for products.
Soondisplay is not responsible for products damaged in shipping, mis or redirected products, or any other circumstances out of Soondisplay's control.
When it comes to shipping delays we follow Fedex or UPS rules and Exclusions.
We are unable to refund any delays due to the below:
Shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond FedEx's control including,but not limited to:
the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept the Delivery of the Shipment, acts of God, natural disasters, war risks, acts of terrorism, acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities, the authority of law, insufficient information provided by a customer, Hazardous Materials Packages improperly offered for transport, the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the Shipment, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil, unrest, disruptions in national or local air or ground transportation networks (including, but not limited to, Fedex’s transportation network), disruption or failure of communication and information systems, and adverse weather conditions.
Shipping/Address Change in Transit
Also, if a customer requests an address change while the package is in transit - at no fault of Soondisplay - then there will be a fee added at the time of request.

Typographical Errors
If a Soondisplay product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Soondisplay reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
Soondisplay reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Soondisplay shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions apply to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Soondisplay without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Soondisplay. or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.
