Shipping Policy
All custom printed products are made to order.
Production begins only after your artwork or digital proof has been approved by the customer.
1. Production Time
Production time varies by product and begins the business day following your proof approval.
- Custom Canopy Tents: 7–10 business days after proof approval.
- Most Other Custom Products: 5–7 business days after proof approval.
- Package Kits (with Canopy Tent): Generally follow the canopy production timeline of 7–10 business days.
During peak seasons or for large-volume orders, additional production time may be required.
We will confirm the estimated ship date during the proof process.
2. Proof Approval Cutoff Time
Proof approvals received by 12:00 PM PT, Monday through Friday, are typically queued to begin production on the next business day.
Approvals received after this cutoff time or on weekends/holidays will begin production one business day later.
Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
3. Shipping Origin & Carriers
Orders ship directly from our production headquarters in Zhejiang, China.
We ship primarily via premium carriers including UPS, DHL, or FedEx to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
4. Shipping Cost
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on total shipment weight and destination:
- United States Shipping Rates:
* Standard Shipping (6–10 business days): FREE SHIPPING on all orders to the contiguous United States.
(Note: Free shipping excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and off-shore US territories).
- Canada Shipping Rates:
* Standard Shipping (6–10 business days): 0–5.00 lbs = $49.00 | 5.00–15.00 lbs = $85.00 | Over 15.00 lbs = $129.00
* Express Shipping (5–7 business days): 0–11.00 lbs = $109.00 | 11.00–34.00 lbs = $149.00 | Over 34.00 lbs = $219.00
- Other International Countries:
Due to the oversized nature of display products, automatic checkout is unavailable for other regions.

Please note that free shipping applies strictly to Standard Shipping within the contiguous United States.
For Canada, international orders, or Express upgrades, the final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before payment.
There are no hidden handling fees from our side. Local customs duties and taxes are not included in this shipping fee (see Section 8).
5. Estimated Delivery Time (Transit Time)
Transit time begins after production is completed and the order has shipped.
Transit estimates do NOT include production time.
- Standard Shipping: 6–10 business days after dispatch.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Tracking information will be provided via email automatically once the order ships.
Unexpected Delays & Force Majeure:
While we partner with top-tier carriers to ensure timely delivery, SoonDisplay is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions or natural disasters (e.g., blizzards, hurricanes, floods).
- Carrier-related operational disruptions, peak-season backlogs, or labor strikes.
- Global health emergencies, flight cancellations, or governmental transport restrictions.
- Local holiday closures in either the originating or destination country.
In such rare events, we will work closely with the shipping courier to expedite your delivery and keep you updated via email.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- Primary Markets: We officially support automated checkout and shipping to the United States and Canada.
- Excluded Regions: We do NOT ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) or remote islands without courier coverage.
- PO Box Restriction: Due to the large size and heavy weight of our custom event banners and canopy tents, we cannot ship to PO Box addresses. A valid physical street address is strictly required.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a shipment is returned, delayed, or requires re-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional re-routing charges will apply.
8. Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Clearance Fees
- US & Canada Orders (DAP - Delivered at Place): All international shipments originating from our production headquarters in China are dispatched on a DAP basis.
The product price and shipping cost calculated at checkout do NOT include local import duties, tariffs, or clearance fees levied by the destination country's customs office.
- Customer Responsibility: Any such import duties, taxes, or broker fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to the shipping carrier (UPS/DHL/FedEx) upon or prior to delivery to secure release of the goods. SoonDisplay does not collect these fees in advance.
- Customs Delays: SoonDisplay is not responsible for transit delays caused by standard international customs clearance procedures.
9. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.
If your shipment arrives damaged, or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] and provide clear photos of the outer packaging, the shipping label, and the affected items.
